IMPORTANT NOTE: Contestants they become when they get accepted into the pageant competition they become official authorized pageant ambassadors until the end of the year competition. On pageant crown night whomever wins the crowns become QUEENS or KINGS and they become the official pageant and production company ambassadors. So are required to add your participation or titles in any social media like that you will be recognize by organizations and people to be part of our pageant and production organization.
NOTE: If you decided not to reflect your association with our pageant titles or production company, because you feel you should be paid for it? As you know we are a new pageant and only Miss USA, Miss Universe, Miss America, Miss World, Miss Earth possible can pay a queen because they been in business for so many years.
Even thought you have received prizes and lots of opportunities to attend red carpet events etc. We will be ask to return the sash and crown as well we will give you the opportunity to professional write a resignation. If for a reason, you do not comply our office will issue you a letter requesting the above. If you still don’t comply we will have an official public statement or press release announcing that you are not longer associated with our organization.

PAGEANT COMPETION QUALIFICATIONS: Miss Teen Diversity & Miss Teen Diversity: 14 to 17 years old, no children and never married., Miss Diversity & Miss Diversity News: 18 – 25 years old, never married and no children., Mrs. Diversity and Mrs. Diversity News: 26 – 75 years old, can be married/divorced/separated/widowed, can have children or no children. Mr. Diversity and Mr. Diversity News: 18 – 35 years old, single/married with or no children.
PAGEANT COMPETITION REQUIREMENTS: Pay Entry Fee, Sell Tickets, Sell Sponsor Ads & Attend Required/Voluntary Activities. Some Activities may include: Talent, Photoshoot, Rehearsal, Etiquette Workshops, Red carpet appearances
SCORING SYSTEM FOR PAGEANT COMPETITION:
Ticket Sales and Sponsor Ads = 80%, Activities = 10% and Judges = 10%
Note: You are been scored prior to pageant. On day of pageant, judges will score you only on the following categories: 1. Introduction, 2. Evening Dress, 3. On Stage Judges Questions, 4. *Swimsuit.
All scores for each will be from 1 – 75 * Swimsuit is voluntary so no score will be given.
Note: Prior to the crowning day, you had been scored on the following categories: 1. Talent (Karaoke night), 2. Charity fundraising, 3. Nonprofit Volunteer, 5. Red carpet appearances, 4. Ticket sales, 5. Sponsor ads sales, 6. Public speaking, 7. Rehearsal, Etiquette, 8. Friendly with sister pageants.
JUDGES SCORING VALUES ON PAGEANT NIGHT: Introduction = 20%, Lifestyle & Fitness in Swimsuit = 20%, Evening Wear/Dress = 30%, On Stage Question = 30%. They will score you on pageant night on the following observations: Confidence with herself, no mistakes on speech, good presentation. Not nervous, happy, great answers, intelligence, good clothing, hair and make-up taste. Judges will not be scoring on the following: Body types. All judges scores for each will be from 25 – 75 points.
IMPORTANT NOTE: On day of pageant, we will have an independent accountant to add all the scores on his laptop computer so no errors will be made. AGREEMENT: You agree and understand that if we do not get more than 15 contestants/candidates the activities and or prizes may change without notice to accommodate the group. You agree while competing on this pageant, you will give more than your 100% effort/work and to concentrate, you will not join any other pageant until this one is over. You are welcome to attend other pageants events, but you cannot endorse or sign up with them because that will be a violation of this pageant. If you are a winner during your royalty you cannot join any other pageant until your royalty term is over. I agree and understand that I am not required to sale all tickets or sponsor ads, however if for any reason or not a good cause, I decide to quit or withdraw from the competition, I agree to pay all cost for the entire tickets and sponsor ads.
THE FINE PRINT: I acknowledge that this Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form will be used by the event holders, sponsors, and organizers of the activity in which I may participate, and that it will govern my actions and responsibilities at said activity. In consideration of my application and permitting me to participate in this activity, I hereby take action for myself, my executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns as follows:
(A) I WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me including my traveling to and from this activity, THE FOLLOWING ENTITIES OR PERSONS: Diversity News Productions, (DNP) and/or their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, and agents, and the activity holders, sponsors, and volunteers;
(B) INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE the entities or persons mentioned in this paragraph from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of participation in this activity, whether caused by the negligence of release or otherwise.
I acknowledge that DNP and their directors, officers, volunteers, representatives, and agents are NOT responsible for the errors, omissions, acts, or failures to act of any party or entity conducting a specific activity on their behalf. I acknowledge that this activity may involve a test of a person’s physical and mental limits and carries with it the potential for death, serious injury, and property loss. The risks include, but are not limited to, those caused by terrain, facilities, temperature, weather, condition of participants, equipment, vehicular traffic, lack of hydration, and actions of other people including, but not limited to, participants, volunteers, monitors, and/or producers of the activity. These risks are not only inherent to participants, but are also present for volunteers. I hereby consent to receive medical treatment which may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during this activity. I understand while participating in this activity, I may be photographed. I agree to allow my photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the activity holders, producers, sponsors, organizers, and assigns.
Pageant Competition Application Certification: By applying to participate as a contestant in the pageant, I agree that Diversity News Productions, its officers, directors, employees, agents, vendors, sponsors, judges and representatives authorized by DNP may use, transmit, broadcast, sell and distribute any information that I provide in connection with my application and participation in Diversity Pageants, including any photographs and other images in whatever form provided, for any purpose in connection with the promotions, publicity, marketing, broadcasting on television and through other forms of media and communication throughout the world. I hereby represent and affirm that I am of the natural born woman or man and I have not been convicted of any crime, whether designated a felony or misdemeanor, in any state of the United States or in any foreign countries. I understand that my participation in Diversity Pageants is subject satisfying all conditions for acceptance and participation as contestant set forth in the Rules and Regulations. I further understand and agree that the decision on my acceptance as a contestant will be by Diversity News Productions dba Diversity Pageants Organization, in its sole and unfettered discretion and not subject to challenge or appeal. I agree and understand that I am not required to sale all tickets or sponsor ads, however if for any reason or not a good cause, I decide to quit or withdraw from the competition, I agree to pay all cost for the entire tickets and sponsor ads. I hereby certify that all entries on this pageant application and any attachments are true and complete. I also agree and understand that any falsification this information may result in my forfeiture of participation.
I AGREE AND UNDERSTAND TO THE MUTUAL NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT AND ACCIDENT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY. I understand that all information on this pageant application is subject to verification and I consent to criminal history and background checks. I also agree that you may contact references and educational institutions listed on this application. By signing below, I certify that I have read and understand the the costs, qualifications, scoring system and any additional rules & regulations of the pageant and I hereby agree to faithful abide by them as well as all other terms and conditions of my participation.
